Paula Bond
President / Chief Loan Officer
Paula enjoyed growing up on the northern coast of Florida and loves all things outdoors. While serving as a police officer, she met her husband, Travis and they have been married for 34 years.
After raising their family and owning several businesses of her own, she decided to take the next big step and open her own mortgage company. Being in the lending business for several years, Paula enjoys walking along side people in what can be a confusing process in purchasing a home.
In her spare time, she loves working with the animals on their small farm, playing in the backyard with her granddaughters, and serving in their church. She is looking forward to meeting you and helping with the purchase of your new home!

Travis Bond
Director of Operations
Before beginning his civilian career as a police officer and then later entering the corporate world as COO of several start-up companies as well as several of his own, Travis served in two US military branches as both non-commissioned and commissioned officer.
He has a passion for seeing people flourish and helping them succeed in building healthy families with successful futures through home ownership. Because of this passion, he has chosen to come alongside his wife, Paula, as Co-founder and Director of Operations of Upward Lending, LLC.
In his free time, he enjoys caring for the animals on their small hobby farm, playing with his granddaughters and you may even catch him starting a new building project on his property in Sanger, TX. He is excited to help borrowers take the Upward step towards the joy of purchasing their new home!

Mason Marquis
Director of Business Development
Mason is a serial entrepreneur who owns several companies as well as investment properties. He has a heart for customer service and giving back to the community. One of the ways he gives back is by serving on the Board of Directors of Habitat of Humanity of Denton.
In his spare time you will find Mason traveling across the country and the world with his wife, Marianna.

Karrie Tucker
Loan Officer
Karrie has worked in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Being in the business as long as she has, she has developed a passion for establishing relationships with her borrowers.
She is originally from Wichita Falls but moved to the Waco area several years ago with her husband. Together they have nine kids, and seven grandkids.
In her free time, you will most likely find her spending time with her family or traveling with her husband with laptop in tow working on your pre-approval.
Breana Harris
Loan Officer
Breana is a lifelong resident of the West, Texas area. After working at a local bank for several years, she decided to take a leap of faith and got her mortgage license in early 2022 and entered the broker world after being introduced to Karrie through a mutual friend and has been working as a loan officer since last April.
Although Breana is new to the business, she is always finding ways to expand her knowledge in the mortgage industry and has a passion for communication and making sure her borrowers are well informed throughout the entire home buying process.
Breana resides in West with her husband and two daughters, and you can usually find her at some sort of extracurricular sporting event watching them or at home curled up with a blanket reading a book.
Jordan Sanchez
Loan Officer
With an impressive background in both the sports and real estate industries, Jordan brings a unique perspective to his hometown of Austin, TX.
Concluding his career at ESPN, Jordan honed his skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. These experiences, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, led him to real estate where he’s played a significant role in development projects throughout the greater Austin area.
When Jordan’s not helping his clients achieve their dream of homeownership, you can find him playing pickleball, serving in the church, hiking, or paddle boarding with his wife Megan and their pup Tito.
